Luis Pato Bruto Vinho Espumante Rosé NV
Beiras, Bairrada, Portugal. 100% Baga. Winery established in 1970, but the family has been making wine in the region since the eighteenth century. 6 - 9 months on the lees. Herbaceous, with a refreshing, chalky finish!

Villavarda Pinot Grigio 2025
D.O.C. Fruili, Italy. 100% Pinot Grigio. All estate fruit, grown in Clay and calcerous soil. White flower aromas, citrus, pear with chalky minerality on finish.

Clouston & Co Nambucca Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Marlborough, New Zealand. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Estate fruit. Sourced from Wairau and Awatere Valleys. Silt Loam and Alluvial gravel soils. Lees aging. Scennts of Elderflower, lime zest and wet stone. Vibrant, elegant and refreshing!

Le Grand Bouqueteau Chinon Rosé 2025
D.O.C. Chinon, Loire Valley France. 100% Cabernet Franc. Part of the Chateau du Coudray Montpensier. Old vines planted in 1999. Direct press. Notes violet, citrus and green herbs. Crisp, lush mouthfeel, vibrant finish.

Azienda Agricola Montioni Montefalco Rosso 2021
D.O.C. Montefalco, Rosso. Umbria, Italy. 65% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 15% Sagrantino. A producer of olives since 1978, winery founded by Paolo Montioni in 2000. Native yeast. Aged 12 months in French oak barrique, 6 months in bottle. Blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, spice.  

Susana Esteban Aventura Tinto 2024
Alentejo, Portugal. Made from a blend of indigenous, low-yield grapes varieties such as: Aragonez, Tricadeira, Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet. Esteban specializes in revitalizing old vineyards. Winemaker of the year in Portugal 2011 and producer of the year in 2022. Floral aromas, black fruits, spice and racy tannins.
