What's New on wine bar for 1/12/2026- 1/31/2026


Sparkling Cremant: Domaine Coilin Crémant de Limoux Brut
Languedoc, France: 50% Chardonnay, 40% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir. Established in 1980, the winemaker hails from Champagne. Clay-limestone, gravel soil. 6 grams sugar. Crisp and refreshing.

Aromatic and Complex White: Chateaumar Amandine Cuvee 2022 
Southern Rhone Valley, France. 90% Viognier, 10% Grenache Blanc. Clay-limestone soil interspersed with sandstone. Stainless steel aging. White flower aromas, peaches, apricot, citrus. Full-bodied and lush with very low residual sugar. 3 grams.

Seasonal Rose: Chateau Saint Cyrgues Costieres de Nimes Rose 2024
Saint Gilles, Southern Rhone, France: 80% Syrah, 20% Grenache. Organic vitaculture. Clay and limestone pebbles soil. Wild cherry, raspberry, herbs. Full-bodied rose with round mouthfeel, and exceptional minerality on finish. Drinks well beyond its price. Needs food!

Rhone-Style Red: Alain Gralliot. Syrocco Syrah 2022
Zenata, Morocco. 100% Syrah. Organic. 25-year-old-vines in shale and gravel soils. Sees oak aging in large barrels. Fruit forward but not extracted. Elegant and balanced with excellent minerality on finish. Hint of herbs and flinty notes.

Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc: Revelry Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
Columbia Valley, Washington State. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Sourced from Red Mountain, Wahluke Slop, Horse Heaven Hills. Rich and full boded with blackberry, plums, figs.

Bordeaux-Style Red: Poggio del Moro Rosso Toscano 2018
25% each: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese. Organic farming. Clay, sand, loam soil. Hand-harvested. Sees a combination of oak, stainless steel and bottle aging. Fruity, rich, spicy and fun.
